This internship focuses on evaluating various molecular biomarkers in ovarian cancer and validating relevant therapeutic approaches. Key objectives include developing 2D and 3D multicellular systems from ovarian cancer, integrating tumor microenvironment cells, and comparing tumor growth dynamics using live imaging systems and proliferation assays. Molecular techniques such as immunocytochemistry and western blot analysis will evaluate specific ovarian cancer biomarker expression in both models. This study aims to provide insights into ovarian cancer biology, facilitating the development of targeted therapeutic strategies.
