We foster transparent communication. We do this by:

- clarifying our views and expressing our opinions
- providing adequate feedback to concerned parties when they raise an issue

We communicate clearly and as concretely as possible. We do this by:
- avoiding ambiguities and vagueness
- using the terms ‘opinion’ and ‘fact’ correctly
