PRISMAP is a project, supported by the European Commission, towards the building of a European network for medical radionuclides. The main goal is to provide a sustainable source of high purity grade new radionuclides for medicine, involving from the onset upcoming major European infrastructures, to provide a single-entry point for all researchers active in this field.
To ensure sustainability and a good geographical coverage, emerging infrastructures receive special attention in PRISMAP. The organization of this workshop is one of the activities in support of the emerging facilities. The aim is to explore and develop their radionuclide-production capacity, to discuss radionuclides of interest to the user community and current/future R&D efforts towards the realization of new infrastructures and improved performances.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101008571 (PRISMAP – The European medical radionuclides programme).
