Application procedures

In order to select the right candidate for each job, we follow a specific application procedure. It operates as follows:

  1. Before the vacancy deadline you submit your letter of application with detailed CV.
  2. We complete an initial selection on the basis of the application letter and CV.
  3. If positive, we will invite you for an initial meeting with the selection panel. The latter consists of HRM specialists, direct managerial personnel and specialists in the expertise area.
  4. This may be followed by a second meeting or practical tests.
  5. The selection panel decides between the various candidates.
  6. We invite the selected candidate again for an in-depth job discussion.
  7. If the outcome is positive we proceed to a contract meeting.
  8. The contract is completed and signed.
