Objectives
- to structure an harmonised European scheme for training
- to enhance efficiency, to improve and monitor quality and to promote communication on nuclear training
Description of work
- WP41: proposition of key professional positions and functions in industry
- WP42: proposition for best practices for mobility, accreditation and recognition for training programmes for the previously defined key professional positions and functions.
- WP43: design of the corresponding organisation (composition, procedures) and connections with other players (universities, regulators, research centres)
The bulk of the work has to be performed in the first 10 months. The lessons learned from WP5 (case study) will then be considered
Deliverables
- D41 : proposition of key professional positions and functions in industry
- D42 : report on an accreditation scheme for training programmes, lessons learned included
- D43 : report on the design of the organisation and on the links
