We are planning on having a non alpha tight facility for metallography & mechanical testing, since the equipment may not all be corrossion resistant , i would like any inputs on humidity control, also as the cells are not leak tight , we will use negative pressure for containment. Is it practical to have any kind of humidiy control at all?, any advice , suggestions on control of corossion of equipment appreciated ,
thanx in advance
