Project work plan
a. IntroductionThe work is broken-down in work packages. The matrix of different contractors participating in several work packages, acting in cases as work package leader and in others as contractors, gives a broad basis to project, creates transparency and guarantees consistency.The work is scheduled for 24 months. General meetings are planned for month 1 (kick off) , 5, 11 and 23. The second year, pilot education experiments will be performed.
