- perform the general co-ordination of the concerted action
- produce a handbook for a global network strategy.

Remark
On the persons - months, an apparent discrepancy might exist between the "Annex 1 - Description of work - pages" and the A-forms.
The "Annex 1 - Description of work - pages" reference to estimated person-months of work by the different participants in the various work packages.
Because of the marginal cost principle, for most participants (not for the ETHZ - Switserland) the estimated person-months are not converted into "personnel cost". For the co-ordinator "personnel cost", related to the administrative task (WP11) are brought in. The rather vast intrinsic contribution to the project by the co-ordinator is not brought in.
